Randy took extra time to ensure we were on the same page about which trees we were trimming back. His team did excellent and quick work. I waffle between 4 and 5 stars because the price was slightly higher than the other estimates we got for the same work. However, we went with Arbortech because their service was better, and would choose them again.

I have been buying firewood for the past 10 years for our wood stove. This is the first time I bought it from Arbor Tech and I am absolutely thrilled! Normally, I get wood from vendors on Craigslist. I’ve had many problems with being shorted, too many pieces cut too short or too long, wood cut all the same thickness, excessive amounts of debris, wood not seasoned as much as I was told and most of the wood being round (from branches). The delivery I just received from Arbor Tech was none of that. The driver was friendly, courteous and professional. I could tell as soon as it was hitting our driveway that it was good quality and well-seasoned. As I stacked it, I continued to be impressed with the beautifully cut hardwoods, cut from the trunk not branches. There was a variety of thicknesses and the perfect amount of small pieces for kindling, too. It was also a generous amount of wood! I know this wood will make many warm and cozy fires this winter. I will never again by my firewood from craigslist sellers and will be a long time customer of Arbor Tech. Highly recommended!

ArborTech has shown me that superior customer service and quality workmanship are not dead. They removed four damaged trees from our back yard without harming a wild winterberry shrub that a flock of robins enjoy feasting on in the dead of winter. You will be very impressed if you hire Chris, Randy and their crew that operate like a well oiled machine.

Arbortech came over the very next day I inquired about a quote. They put us on the schedule and informed us of the removal date. They came on the date promised, did all the work that was requested and cleaned up nicely afterwards. There are alot of tree removal companies out there but I would use Arbortech again and again. I give them a 6 out of 5 stars. GREAT JOB. Very happy with everything.
